Deck Gear reserves the right to refuse or restrict any order.


Payments can be made via:

  • 1. Stripe – accepts all major debit and credit cards.

  • 2. PayPal – pay via your PayPal account.

  • 3. A bank transfer. - Please user the Order Number as a reference.

  • Prices shown on our website are in UK pounds, are inclusive of VAT and apply to online, and telephone orders.

  • To place a bulk or bespoke order, please call us during working hours (09.00 - 17.00) or online using the contact form.

  • All orders are individually processed and include a strict quality control. Production time is 1-5 business days. (This does not include the day that your order is placed)

  • All UK orders are sent by the Royal Mail using a selection of Standard or Tracked 24 or 48 hour services. (Tracked items include an insurance cover)

  • Shipping prices are clearly listed in the shopping basket prior to making a payment.

  • Please note that shipping services are experiencing difficulties in maintaining prompt delivery times at present due to the resulting impact of Covid-19 and that delays are possible.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
  • Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your UK order with us as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods.

  • You must inform us of your wish to cancel your order in writing either by letter or e-mail. The quickest method is to use the order cancellation form.

  •  Please include your name, address, order number and a contact phone number or e.mail address.

  • Please do not return your goods until after Deck Gear approves your cancellation request and gives you further information on how to return your order.

  • You should return goods in their original packaging, within 28 days of informing us of your wish to cancel.

  • Please include a copy of the sales receipt sent to you when you purchased the item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

  • If your return is approved, Deck Gear will refund the cost of your order and any delivery charges. If a garment is faulty, you will be offered a replacement however this does not extend to damaged garments.

  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.

  • Deck Gear will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your returned items during the return delivery.

  • Deck Gear observes the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 2018. We also comply fully with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.
